Breakfast: spinach, cuke, celery, apple, lemon, ginger.
Lunch: (the jar with the rubber band) cuke, celery, parsley, cilantro, sunchoke, lemon.
I love pear juice, but they just don’t make it through the juicer well… I end up with chunks of pulvirized pear in the glass. And they’re kind of pulpy unless you juice them before they’re ripe.
I also think I need to cut back on the lemon. The citric acid is doing a number on my skin… Almost like hives. Painful and red while I’m drinking the juice. So I’ll lay off on those for a bit and see if I can’t clear that up. I love lemon, and I’ve been putting it in almost every juice. Apparently too much of a good thing!
Otherwise, all’s well here at the end of Day 12.
